Broken Phone How do I get a replacement?

I've dropped my phone, the screen has cracked and it won't even turn on, phone is dead and I need a replacement asap. I have tried phoning O2 but can't get through.

If you have O2 insurance you need to keep trying to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

If you're not insured, you need to buy a new one.

Amazon, Argos etc just make sure it's either unlocked (SIM free) or on O2 network.
