I've dropped my phone, the screen has cracked and it won't even turn on, phone is dead and I need a replacement asap. I have tried phoning O2 but can't get through.

@Rebecca67

If you have O2 insurance you need to keep trying to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If you're not insured, you need to buy a new one.

Amazon, Argos etc just make sure it's either unlocked (SIM free) or on O2 network.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
