Hello
Old phone broke, wont swithc on. It was 4 years old so fine.
so I've jsut upgraded by calling O2, all good
They have just send an email saying
We'll send a code to the mobile number linked to your account so we can confirm that you're the account holder.
Trouble is the phone wont turnon, so that text message isn't going to get though.
Any suggestions other than calling them, as undestnbly the wait time is about 50 minutes at the moment.

All in all, 50mins is not bad, actually 👍
Anyone else with an O2 phone in your house that would take your SIM, temporarily, to let you receive the text msg?
