I've recently provided o2 my PAC on Friday via the online form. I haven't heard back yet. Does anyone know how long the process takes?

It can take anything up to a week but I would call customer service in the morning to make sure the form was submitted ok.

Numbers don't port over the weekend, so the process may have not started until yesterday. If you're still not seeing anything during the day today, I would do as @jonsie suggests and call CS.

Bambino is correct in his assumptions above.
It is 24 hours from request Mon to Thurs. Any requests made on a Friday won't port until Tuesday.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
