My giffgaff number is supposed to be bought over to my new o2 sim today but nothing’s happened?

Transfers can happen at any time upto 9.00pm.

Your old sim will lose connection first, after that, keep rebooting your new sim.

If it fails today, you need to chase up with customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2
