Solved: Breakdown of bill to know those I have called

I have just received that my bill as ready and it amount to 58 pounds, I want the break down of the bill so that I can use it to monitor myself and use it for other purposes. Really I am not in UK for now, I am on Holiday in Canada, and I have not been using my phone for the past few weeks. The Bill can be scan to me.
