Hello,
As O2 have once again messed up my contract (only 4 months old). It has been Brought to my attention that there is a potention where my notes ahve been falsified and/or are not being recorded accurately.
This has caused the Capita complaints team to make a false outcome as they can only rely on the false information.
As Capita teams are useless at responding to these complaints. What is the contact email address for both the CEO and also for the Data Protection controller?
