Bought and returned from O2 online store

Bought a 24mth contract Sony Experia J from the O2 online store last week for my wife, had it delivered but she didn't like it so called O2 to return and cancel the contract, all was done within the "think period". Was given the address and sent it off, but the SIM is still active (as they tell you to keep the SIM), how long does the contract continue until it ceases ie no longer works?

Sorry you decided to cancel your contract & handset.

 

I would suggest you contact Customer Services by telephone.

 

Perhaps 02 could offer you a better tariff and handset for your taste.

Normally o2 will charge you for anything you've used ie calls etc once they receive the phone back have you confirmation they have received it

Hi, tried calling O2 but the O2 operator said that their system is down so they cannot access anything. Was told to try tomorrow.
