It could take a day or two before it shows in your MyO2. Give it another 24 hours. If nothing is showing by then, ring Customer Services on 202 from your mobile. It's a free call.

Still not changed to pay monthly, but I noticed that the girl in the O2 shop replaced my SIM card with a pay go sim , so this may be the problem. My new phone make has been registered but not my new contract.I will go back to the O2 shop today and see if they can sort the problem for me.Wish I had stayed on pay&go and just bought a new phone.

And while you're in the O2 shop be sure to have them swap your phone number to the new Pay Monthly sim if you want to keep your number. Be aware that the swap can take up to 24 hours, but it's usually much quicker than that if it's done in store.

I went into the O2 shop in the St James centre in Edinburgh and a very nice young girl contacted O2 customer services and got it sorted out for me, so hopefully all will be up and running tomorrow afternoon. Now Iam trying to cancel my insurance for my new phone as I thought it would be through Argos but alas it is another coy, failing no response from my last e mail, I will write to them and hope it works out. Thanks for all your help.
