Does anyone knows, how can I remove an active bolt on?

Tried to manage this in my O2 account, but there isn't available option for removal.

I am trying to get rid of the extra payment for mobile insurance?

You have to ask customer services to remove bolt ons.

Certainly for insurance you need to give 30 days notice via O2.

Try the number ending with 4005. I did not long ago and I got straight to someone.

Also when the option comes you can select fraud or stolen device to get through
