Does anyone knows, how can I remove an active bolt on?
Tried to manage this in my O2 account, but there isn't available option for removal.
I am trying to get rid of the extra payment for mobile insurance?

You have to ask customer services to remove bolt ons.
Certainly for insurance you need to give 30 days notice via O2.

None of these numbers any useful as they do not consider bolt on removal as urgent query....
