Not normally, you would lose it. Call 202 and see if they can help you with this

New contracts come with a choice of new tariffs, but you can't personalise them, they have to be picked from the published list of predetermined choices.
The only way to keep your tariff would be to buy the new phone outright and just transfer your sim to it.
