I changed my bolt on to £15 but want to change it back to £10 but I don't know how to do it, can someone help?

Dont think you can change to a lower one via My O2...(until the time has expired) then if needed you can add another one for a lower amount via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

It's only one change per month allowed, so you'll have to wait 30 days to change again.
