Hello I selected to add a bolt on of 1gb of data at a cost of £8.55 on Saturday afternoon but I have not heard anything. Could you please tell me if this had been added please?

Possibly check in My O2 or call customer service. It could be that the bolt on will be added from your billing/anniversary date but customer service will normally be able to add it from midnight if it's not active yet.

Well I did receive an e-mail with following ref in the subject box KMM963492451|15977L0KM saying someone will get back to be in 24 hours.

As the others have said, its probably best to give CS a call and see what's happening.
