Hi. I just received a message to say that my daughter had used 80% of her data. I was sure that I had added a 12G bolt on this month as she is at a camp. I checked on the O2 website and couldn’t see it in my bill, so I have just added another one. I have now found a text from 7th July saying I had already bought one! Please can this new one be cancelled and can you confirm that she has the additional data already?

This is not O2 but a Customer to Customer Community.
Usually Bolt Ons are not refundable.
Are you sure she hasn't used the first one up?
