I added a once off bolt last month, but it's charging me every month now, how do I cancel this? I assumed once off meant exactly that.

Bolt ons are for one month only unless you opted for auto renewal and any remaining unused data carries forward for 30 days.

Hi there @Smartie_emz , how are you getting on today? Did you manage to find out why the bolt on was still charging you after initial period? Would the suggestion from @jonsie above explain this?
