Also i work for nhs and get a discount off bill every month. It says on my account it ends in july why is this? Thanks.

Reboot the phone. If still not showing then call O2. All numbers are in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

As for your discount, if it's O2 Open it will finish when your cntract ends
