I bought a 2GB Data bolt on last month as I had no WiFi for most of the month, it has carried over to this month, how do I stop it as I don’t want to pay £13.50 a month

It should end after a month. If it hasn't you need to contact O2

It rolls over any unused data until the end of your next month but it is a one off purchase and will not be added again unless you buy another bolt on.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
