Bolt on

Hi can any1 help my son is managing to purchase bolt ons even without logging in he just clicks the pop up on the phone which somehow I am logged into through the browser if he is anywhere with no wifi and purchasing bolt ons with a click of a button can any1 help me by telling me how to stop this pls

Call customer services and ask them to block any bolt on purchases on the account.
