Hi, I put a bolt on for extra data on my iPhone 14.06 and since then I can’t access any mobile data.

The guy at the o2 shop said this happens with iPhones? I can’t get through to o2 to fix

Have you rebooted the phone or tried resetting your network settings?

It's never happened to me when I've added a bolt on in the past so not sure whyy the guy in store thinks it's common?
