Bolt on changes

I arranged for my data bolt on to be changed toblackberry Internet service from today but it has been registered as starting from 24Oct. Can I get it sooner pse?

Speak to them and ask them if they can change it over manually for you. You may have a lengthy wait to get through to them today though. Seems they are inundated with the recent network issues.
