Bolt -on Data claim is not clear!!!!

Anonymous
Not applicable

You state this on the website for Data Bolt-on

""Any unused Bolt On data will be carried over to the next month.""

- but it is misleading -  if fact it will only last one month!!!

to make it clear to customers buying this shouldn't you say  -

"Any unused Bolt On data will be carried over for 1 month ONLY"

I bought 500mb data I had just less than 500mb yesterday from the 700mb I had last month

to day it has reset back to 200mb - where's my other 300mb gone!

If you buy a top -up on Pay as you go you retain it for as long as you need it

You would'nt get Marks and Spencers stealing back a pair of socks out of your drawer if you don't wear them!!

Yes unfortunately it only rolls over to the following month, probably within the terms and conditions.
