Hello! I two have spent at least two hours to do what I thought was a simple task, purchase a bolton as the school hols seem to lead to high data usage! It appears I may have unwittingly doubled my purchase yet I am still unable to connect to my emails or browse the internet!! I can't contact O2 directly via email so it appears as the contact us click appears not to work. I am a very frustrated O2 customer who will be dialling the 0344 etc number in the morning!!
