I recently changed from Samsung s3 to a3 and the connection in car is terrible. Tried factory reset as advised and no improvement. Sounds like I'm phoning from the bottom of the sea. Hubby's phone works perfectly in my car. Any suggestions

What phone does hubby have and what software versions are you both using?
Also which car?
