This doesn't include the blue light scheme?
I have a vault code but O2 want a 5 digit code, the vault code is longer than that and O2 won't accept it.

I agree it's highly annoying and when I renewed the guy on the phone told me it was as easy as going into the app when I'd checked out. Poor customer service on the whole.
