i'm travelling and using my mobile abroad. I have racked up a huge bill for the month and spoke to O2 before i left the UK and they said it was ok. Im now abroad and received an email and text telling they have now blocked my account and want me to make a payment towards the bill. All fine. However i cannot make an early payment on the account as the website is showing my balance is 0.00 even though latest charges are £200. Plus they have blocked my mobile so i cannot call them. Their custmer services online "chat facility" is off line as its too early
So now i have no mobile signal and cannot get it unlocked.
I ve been told i have to call them on a landline and im sure i will be held in a queue for god knows how long while overseas and therefore racking up another huge bill
Talk about making it as hard as possible. Utterly stupid O2. Get a grip. Someone wants to pay you and you are preventing them make a payment.
