Hi I'm looking for advice.

With times lately work has been scarce and I've struggled to keep up with the bills. My daughters phones been cut off now, can't even access it . Now my issue is I can't remember her password for 'my o2' to go on and pay the bill...and I can't reset the password as I can't access messages on the phone. I'm at a loss and just want to get the bill up to date and the phone back working for my daughter. Feeling like the worst mum in the world right now.

Dont feel too bad, these things happen to all of us slight_smile

Best thing to do is call the Payment Management team and they can sort it out for you, and if payment is approved they can put the lines on there and then, they can be called on 0800 902 0217

@Gemzs1992 Any money you pay to clear the debt will take 48 hours to clear O2's accounts, and as it's now the weekend, the process will take longer. I wouldn't count on your daughter's phone getting reactivated until Tuesday at the earliest. Also make sure with Payment Management that any bars on the account are removed once you've paid.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
