@Taylor63 It can take several days for your payments to go through the system. If your phones were blocked you may have to pay a reconnection fee. Best thing to do is call customer service. Numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support Use the Lost/Stolen, Fraud, or Upgrade option to get through. Best time to call is 8 am.
