Blocked from paying final bill through My Account with no other men’s available

Hi,

Left O2 lat month, but didn’t have a direct debit set up. Final bill outstanding but this fails when I try to pay using My02, that was the usual way I paid when under contract.

Called multiple customer service numbers with many different IVR options chosen and all of them result in my being directed to My02/website instead, which I can’t use.

I want to pay my final bill O2. Why won’t you let me?

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
