Solved: Blocked caller??

Hi,

My phone will not accept calls off my partners phone but will off all my other contacts. She can text me but cannot call me.

O2 sent me a new sim card but this has'nt fixed the issue.

She has contacted her provider and they are adamant it is not an issue on their side.

Can anybody help??

Sounds like the samsung thing - o2 as a general rule don't block individual numbers.

Could she have accidentally blocked you as some phones can do this?

If you have a Samsung open up her contact and press menu >edit. You will then see an option to remove from reject list if the number is blocked.
