Hi. Can I ask if the following IP address is blocked by O2:
66.119.27.225
It is a server in the US hosted by GoDaddy for a Mobile Game called The Infinite Black.
The Forums which are located on the same IP can be accessed but the game itself cannot connect.
Thanks.

Ok thanks.
Just got off of the phone - only reason they could think was that it was an over 18s thing blocking it.
I very much doubt this is going to be the case, but i have to wait and ring back if/when it doesnt work

What protocol does this game server use exactly?

Just because you can connect to the forums on the same ip means nothing. There could be a firewall blocking a specific port or some other filtering.

To see if it's an issue with O2's network, you could try using one of the free VPN services available.
