i've had the blackberry torch now for over 4 months, its a perfect phone, bar the battery, which last maximum a day, but recently i've started to have problems when i'm calling people or people are calling me. I need to know if my handset is dodgy, or other people are having the same trouble. Please let me know, as the only solution at the moment i have is to place it on speaker phone.
Many thanks people..

for example,
If say i was too call someone from my phone to theirs, my top earphone speaker will produce no sound whatsoever, resulting in every call having to be placed on loud speaker.

This issue in slide phones is usually caused by a poor connection of the 'ribbon' between the two halves of the phone.
The handset will definitely still be under warranty so if it came from a store take it back in or if it was from the website or telesales call 202 and push the options for a faulty handset so that you get through to returns and repairs who will assist you further.
