Solved: Black Friday deal on existing SIM

Is it possible to change my taiff to one of the black Friday deals directly, without purchasing the new SIM and going through the rigamarole of changing numbers? Been an O2 customer for decades but the only tariff changes I have available on myO2 are more expensive than my already over priced rate.
