Yesterday I upgraded to an iPhone 13, 128GB, Unlimited tariff, which the website shows comes with 'up to £144 discount' when you pay the least upfront and take a 36 month contract. Yet the device remains the same price on each tariff, and no discount was applied on the checkout. Does the supposedly £4 a month get deducted from now on? Because right now it seems like no discount has been applied.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

It's usually applied as a bolt on in your MyO2 Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you! I only ordered yesterday so I guess I'll have to wait and see if a bolt on appears.
