I'm trying to get to speak to someone to sort out me paying my overdue bill on Monday next week but the automated service just hangs up

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I spoke to O2 on Friday about a glitch on the payment page ive just checked my account they have taken the full amount I dont have a direct debit set up I pay thru my O2 I was going to make a partial payment I cant now im 40+ overdrawn
