I changed from O2 to EE on a pay monthly scheme, i also changed my number across and now i cant pay my phone bill. How do i do this?

Are you having financial difficulties or are you unable to pay the bill due to the system not working?
Either way, you need to contact O2. All numbers (including payment management) are in this guide
