Hello, my next bill is due on the 27th of April, due to the corona virus and being self employed I have no money coming in and can not pay my bill, I have been trying for days to get through to someone on the phone and it just hangs up on me.
I’m not sure what to do

Keep trying is the only thing we can advise from here @Portia as we are (almost) all customers and no one has access to your accounts.
You can try calling the Payment Management Team on

0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can try calling using Skype

No answer at all on the 3 options o2 give you .. I’m in same position now unable to pay .. cut off from making calls by not being able to go to work through isolation (government policy) I’ve 70 year old parents I can’t get in touch with as they don’t use new technology.. all other companies I’ve spoke to .. car insurance .. finance etc have sorted my payment plans out happily till I’m back at work .. o2 nothing .. anyone else in same predicament!!

o2 are running at greatly reduced hours at the moment, as social distancing rules are imposed in call centres and people self isolating.

o2 will help you, as they have helped my contractor colleagues at work, who have furloughed

I believe the call centre is only open 10am till 4pm for a lot of the teams.

It’s actually blocked me again an I can not use the 0800 number it just blocks me straight away
