Dueto the complete incompetance i have left you but yet you still fail to do a simple task. £200 credit £150 bill i asked pay bill with that and return diffrence yet still not able to do that. 3 month of torture dealing with you guys really dissapointed

As said this is a customer to customer forum and as such have no access to any account details. The only people who can resolve your issue are O2 Customer service by phoning 202 if on contract or 4445 if payg...
Having said all that I really cant understand how you could have "£200 credit and £150 bill" and be having problems? If you could explain the issue more clearly.. we may be able to advise further

Seems they are very reluctant to refund credit. Fill in the form but follow it up with another call and escalate it to a manager.
