Hi, I have not been checking my bills as I should & have recently noticed I've been charged a fair few times for 'things you have bought'.  As far as I'm aware I have bought nothing & I find the vagueness very unhelpful.

I've not used wi fi abroad & I really can't think what these charges can be for

Hi @J2O

It could be a MMS instead of a simple text. Also if you have been travelling outside of Europe recently it could be a charge for that

If you go onto My O2 and look at your bill, there is a link next to Things You Have bought. If you click on that it should tell you.

A guide here Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Also look at this https://www.o2.co.uk/charge-to-mobile

@J2O

Could be anything from premium texts to recurring charge to mobile pyments.

Thanks for this.  I'll have a look at the links.  No trips outside Europe though unfortunately!
