I’ve been on a contract paying £12.50 but the previous month it took £25 and I was wondering why.

We are all customers like yourself and have no access to your account. You need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

They open at 8am. Try the number ending in 4005 first.
