hi I am self employed and due to covid-19 I have no source of income at this moment in time I was wondering if there was anything I could do to prevent being charged extra fees

You need to speak to the payment team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
