Hi Anyone know where i can find a VAT invoice? Thanks.

@DavidH you need to call customer services on 202 and ask for vat invoicing to be enabled.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

They can post you any you need but at a cost I'm afraid. You should be able to download them though if customer service enable them for you.

Hi @DavidH:@Once you have VAT invoicing enabled on your account, that call to 202 as @MI5 has mentioned@, then next month's billing section in MyO2 should look a lirrle different:
