Hi I have phone 02 every month with the same complaint I have cancelled receiving paper bills but still getting them how can I get them to stop sending them

You could also make a complaint which might have more effect. Complaint details on same link as above.

If you are still being charged for paper bills then you are due a refund.

Those that don't do, and them as do, don't.

As @jonsie says, make sure you claim the £1.50 paper billing surcharge back for every bill sent since you asked to be taken off paper billing...
