Unfortunately you aren't speaking to anyone from O2 here...we are all customers like yourself.

If you want to change the date of your bill payment you need to speak to someone in Customer Services

The only way to do it is to call in, sorry.

It certainly is possible but you do need to soak to an advisor. Cleoriff has given you a great link with contact details in it.
