I've just noticed that on my account even though I get unlimited text and anytime/any network calls - that I have been billed for text and calls???!

Am I missing something?

(Apart from an email address to email o2 to ask them about it - I haven't got time to call them....)

Hi,

Not all calls are in your inclusive minutes.

Also texts that convert to mms will be charged for too.

Their are apps you can download that sometimes can convert numbers to alternative ones that come out of your inclusive minutes.

or visit sites such as SAYNOTO0845

Also their are alternatives to O2 MMs such as BBM/Viber/WhatsApp and iMessage depending on what phone your using.

Some of the above do require both parties to have the same software in use.

Or dont include emoticons, send multiple messages to over 25 numbers with headers or e mail addressess, and keep the text within the 160 character count.

On the iPhone a person can turn off imesaage in its settings.

I used a search to find out the number for Virginmedia once. This allowed me to call the switchboard in Swansea and not be diverted to India. As I was so frustrated talking to people who couldn't/wouldn't help me.
