Hi, Just signed up for a pay monthly sim only contract. Today (1st December) I received my first months bill. But my sim has not arrived yet. Surely this can’t be right. Don’t know how I go about complaining. Any suggestions?

Once the sim arrives @Alan1951, call o2 and let them know. They will then credit the days between when you have been billed and the sim arriving.
Alternatively contact them on social media (again once the sim arrives) and they can do the same thing.

Well 3 days of postal strikes will not have helped as SIM cards are sent Royal Mail.
