Hello I am being charged for being abroad it’s saying I’m in turkey when im not? Please can you sort this i received a messaged form yourself saying I wouldn’t be charged for being In Greece

Make sure your phone is connecting to the Greek Mobile Phone network and not to the Turkish network, as o2 dont know where you are, they only know what mobile phone network, your sim card has connected to.
