So, I joined O2 in January and within a month I get notification of an imminent 7.8% tarriff increase. Might as well go back to equally gouging Vodafone.

 

On top of that, my wife's phone was supposed to have some sort of 'together' discount - I did exactly what I was supposed to do to get the discount, but nothing happened, I am still paying full whack for both accounts.

 

Not impressed.
