Hi, My wife and I are new customers and have not used or received our sim cards yet and already received a bill from today. Tried to contact o2 but chat is supposedly busy. NOT A GOOD START o2 !!!!

You need to call O2, borrow a phone or use a landline if needed.. using any numbers in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Also, press Fraud or Lost and Stolen if given that option.

Hi there @Annoying , how are you getting on today? Sorry to hear you had not received your SIM cards earlier. Did you make any progress with this yet with customer service?
