I have received an email today to tell me my bill is ready for number ending 7157 but this is the number that was attached to my phone before my own number ported over from EE. Am I going to be charged twice for 2 numbers?

No, once the port has been completed the old number will be replaced with the new number and only one contract.

Your bank details can be changed from there.
